Self-development is a must for people in sales.  In sales, your paycheck is based on commissions, which rely on your sales skills.  Without adequate self-development, your sales career will crumble as your paycheck diminishes to almost nothing.

Many sales professionals are not earning the income they would like to be, simply because they have overlooked some of the most basic skills needed to become a top performing sales executive in their company.


Some sales people to focus on improving one two areas of their sales approach, but
there are many skills you must learn and continually refine to maintain a consistent flow of sales commissions.

For example, communication, self-image, first impressions, and eye contact just to name a few,.  And There are many more to consider, so you will want to be aware of them and start practicing them immediately to increase your sales conversions.

Sales people are in one of the toughest professions because they must deal with people.  This means you must be presentable in every way possible and you must know the right things to say.  This skill does not come easy.
